As a Student...
Clicking on this icon will bring up a listing of available worksheets. You will see two tables, one labeled "Worksheets to Take" and the other labeled "Worksheets Taken". Each table will have a listing of worksheets and their status, either Open or Closed. Some descriptive text is above these tables, as well as a refresh link and a link to close the window.
Submitting a Worksheet
If the status for an worksheet is listed as Open, then you may submit or resubmit it. To do this, click on the worksheet name. This will make the WWWhiteboard automatically pop up. If this is the initial submission, then you will have only the worksheet the instructor created loaded into the whiteboard area. If this is a resubmission, then you will have all of your previous work along with whatever the instructor created initially loaded into the whiteboard area. Click the yellow "Submit" button when you're finished with your worksheet.
Viewing a worksheet
If the status of a worksheet is listed as Closed, then you may only view the submission. If the instructor has not graded it, then you will see exactly what you sent in. If the instructor has graded it, then you will see the instructors remarks, if any, that have been written on your submission.
As a Tutor, Instructor, or Administrator...
Clicking on the icon will bring up a listing of all worksheets available. There will be some descriptive text at the top, a button labeled "Create Worksheet", a refresh button, and a link to close the window. Each worksheet in the table will have the number of graded and ungraded submissions in their respective columns.
View a Worksheet's Submissions
Clicking on a worksheet title will bring up a new window containing a table that lists all the students that have submitted this worksheet. At the top of this window is some descriptive text about what is on the page. Each row in the table contains the user ID of the student, the last submission date and time, the last grading date and time, the last score for the submission, and that student's resubmit status.
Grading a Submission
From the worksheet Submission View, click the user ID of the student whose submission you want to grade. Clicking this link will automatically open the WWWhiteboard. You can now grade, or re-grade, the student's submission. After you're finished working in the whiteboard area, click the "Submit" button in the bottom left of the WWWhiteboard. You'll be prompted to give this submission a grade. Enter the grade in this box. You'll need to click the Refresh button on the worksheet Submission View window in order to see the changes.
Changing a Student's Resubmit Status
In the Worksheet Submission View, each student's resubmit status column has a "change" link. Click this link and it will toggle the current status.
Changing the Worksheet's Resubmit Status
In the worksheet Submission View, below the table there is a sentence indicating what the current submission status is for this worksheet. In this sentence, the word "here" is a link that will toggle that status. Click the word "here" to change the current submission status for the entire worksheet.
Create a New Worksheet
In the worksheets window, click the button labeled "Create Worksheet" to begin the process. The Create Worksheet window will pop up. Enter the name of this new worksheet, then click the button labeled "Create". This will automatically launch the WWWhiteboard. You can now create your worksheet template. When finished, click the "Submit" button located in the bottom left of the WWWhiteboard. You will need to click the refresh button in the worksheets window to see your new worksheet listed in the table.
