Product Features
Easy access and ease-of-use: Ease-of-use extends to both end users and technical administrators. Installation and maintenance of WorldWideGradebook is easy, and the system has a simple web interface for end users. Non-technical users will quickly feel comfortable with the intuitive design.
Data compatibility: The WorldWideGradebook is compatible with data from other student information systems (SIS) and learning management systems (LMS), often providing superior classroom, grade book and communications management than that provided by the SIS or LMS product. For new customers with an unsupported SIS or LMS, import/export of student data and system integration may be provided at no charge.
Customizable and hosting options: The WorldWideGradebook has many customizable features that enhance grades and attendance information. It includes a custom grading scale, the ability to assign broadcast start & end dates to announcements, alerts and notifications for a variety of user-defined parameters which are sent by email, text message, or voice mail, and more.
Integrated analysis dashboard: Both administrators and teachers can go beyond simple analysis of attendance, grade book and behavioral data to create and save parameters for more complex, multi-data-point analyses that will generate instant reports and parental alerts using the WorldWideGradebook’s real-time reporting capability. Administrators and teachers can:
- Analyze patterns in performance using data from the grade book including attendance and behavioral indicators
- Create analyses for individual students, courses, schools or districts in any combination
- Create and save unlimited numbers of custom, user-formatted analysis matrices
